I called Jeremy’s AI answering service at nearly midnight after an Airbnb guest reported finding a bed bug and eggs. Jeremy called me first thing in the morning, explained my options including some details about how Airbnb handles things like reimbursements and suspensions. And he was at the house- 2 hour drive from his other location, by noon. He provided my guests with reassurance and instructions on arrival, completely took care of our home, protecting furniture and soothing all of our concerns. For receiving some of the worst news you can get as an Airbnb host, he made it into a really positive experience. We are so grateful to have had his help and experience through this. I called Airbnb with his report that night, received the inspection reimbursement and did not have to suspend my booking at all because he completely eradicated the problem in less than 12 hours from the time he called me back.
